Regulated AI

Provide evidence for every decision.

When an examiner, a regulator, or a plaintiff asks which model produced which decision, log files cannot answer. Mnemo produces a signed audit record for every embedding in the decision chain at the moment it is generated.

01Where it applies

The vector-first filter.

If your decision pipeline uses embeddings (document intelligence, copilot decisions, RAG-based reasoning, embedding-based risk scoring) and that decision is subject to regulatory review, Mnemo applies.

02Why it matters

Decisions should include proof.

OCC Bulletin 2026-13 forced banks to re-baseline model inventories this month. SR 11-7 requires independent validation of every model. The EU AI Act Annex III classifies credit scoring as high-risk on August 2, 2026. ValidMind, ModelOp, and Modelscape handle lifecycle. The gap is evidence at the embedding layer, which today does not exist.
03What this does

Every decision can be traced back to its source.

Every embedding used in a regulated decision carries a UID identifying its source model, version, and integrity status. verify() returns that evidence on demand, produced at the moment of embedding rather than reconstructed from logs.

04Scope

What Mnemo does not do.

Does not replace your system
Does not interpret regulation for you
Does not detect fraud on its own
Does not produce model documentation

Mnemo focuses on one layer: attaching identity to embeddings and verifying them when they are used.

05Who this is for

Head of Model Risk. Head of AI Platform reporting to CRO. CCO. CISO at regulated entities. General Counsel for malpractice-adjacent legal tech.

06Why teams adopt it
  • SR 11-7 validation for LLM-based models.
  • OCC Bulletin 2026-13 inventory requirements.
  • EU AI Act Article 6 and Annex III, enforceable August 2, 2026.
  • FINRA 2026 prompt and output logging tied to model versions.
  • Insurance premiums conditional on provenance controls.
