Privacy Policy

We collect:

• Account and contact information you provide, such as your name, email, company, and role.
• API usage data associated with your account, including API Keys, request counts, timestamps, region, and policy configuration.
• Customer Data you submit to the Services, which may include vector embeddings and associated metadata.
• Website and log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed.

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, and improve the Services;
• apply and verify watermarks on Customer Data through our Reference Store;
• bill for usage, prevent abuse, and secure the Services;
• respond to inquiries and communicate about the Services;
• comply with legal obligations.

To support verification of watermarked vectors, Mnemo maintains a tenant-scoped reference store. The reference store is used only to provide the Services. We retain reference store contents and associated operational metadata for the period set out in your plan tier or Order Form.

• We do not use Customer Data to train machine-learning models.
• We do not use your personal information to train, fine-tune, or benchmark machine-learning models.
• We do not combine Customer Data across tenants.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA and CPRA.

We retain account, billing, and operational records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and audit requirements. Customer Data and reference store contents are retained per the retention tier on your plan or Order Form.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards that are commercially reasonable given our size and stage, including encryption in transit via TLS and logically tenant-scoped access. No security measure is absolute, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be subject to unauthorized access.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable law (including the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA) to access, correct, delete, or port personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@trymnemo.com. If a request concerns Customer Data that one of our business customers submitted, we will direct the request to that business customer.

We may process information in the region specified in your Order Form or, for general website interactions, in the United States. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on the appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
